Apply the Herbal Nettle Rinse to a dry or damp scalp. Massage with fingertips for 5 minutes to lift buildup and stimulate circulation. Let sit for 10 minutes, then rinse.

Nightly Growth Oil Ritual

Each night before bed, warm 3–5 drops of the Tressali Growth Oil blend in your palms. Section your hair and apply directly to the scalp, massaging in circular motions for 3 minutes per section.

Mid-Week Moisture Lock

On Wednesday, mix Chébé powder with a carrier of your choice and apply to the hair shaft (not scalp). Braid or twist hair overnight to allow maximum penetration. Rinse the next morning.
